Choose for compatibility first.
More choice does not make the decision harder when you start with the standard your phone supports. Qi certification gives a useful compatibility check, while Qi2 brings magnetic alignment to supported products. The newest 25W tier is promising, but the right charger still depends on your exact phone, case, adapter and everyday setup.
